L&S ITS has a computer lab and videoconference rooms available for reservation.

Letters and Science staff may get technical support for department owned technology through Technology Services. 

UW students and staff may check out equipment from the InfoLabs. 

Podium access and support is available by contacting Classroom Media Support.

Welcome!

 Through this self-service website patrons can make, cancel, or modify day-of or repeating reservations through the semester.  All patrons will need to sign in at least once with a valid NetID to get started.

Equipment Lending Policies

The AV Pool lends technology at no cost to instructors, staff, and teaching assistants in Letters and Science departments.

Instructors from other departments with courses in Van Hise Hall may register with a manager. 

  • Reservations are for short-term, day-of instructional use.
  • Recurring reservations throughout the current semester are encouraged. 
  • Only patrons may retrieve reservations.
  • All equipment is subject to availability.
  • Overdue notices will be generated for equipment not returned.
